  • Forwards emails sent to your relay address to your personal email
  • Organizes and categorizes emails by company, role, and interview stage
  • Provides AI-powered summaries and insights

3. No Liability for Email Delivery

IMPORTANT: ApplyRelay is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for:

  • Emails that are not received, delayed, or lost
  • Emails that are filtered as spam or blocked by your email provider
  • Emails that are rejected by your personal email server
  • Any failure in email delivery, forwarding, or processing
  • Missed job opportunities, interviews, or deadlines due to email delivery issues
  • Any consequences resulting from undelivered, delayed, or lost emails

While we strive to provide reliable email forwarding services, email delivery is subject to various factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: network issues, email provider policies, spam filters, server outages, and third-party service disruptions.

You acknowledge and agree that you use ApplyRelay at your own risk and that we shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from email delivery failures.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Ensuring your personal email address is correct and accessible
  • Monitoring your personal inbox for forwarded emails
  • Verifying that emails are being received and forwarded correctly
  • Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not using the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

5. Service Availability and Interruptions

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Service may be subject to:

  • Scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Unscheduled downtime due to technical issues
  • Service interruptions beyond our control
  • Changes, modifications, or discontinuation of features

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from Service unavailability or interruptions.

6. AI and Automated Processing

Our Service uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to:

  • Generate email summaries
  • Extract information (company, role, interview stage, etc.)
  • Categorize and organize emails
  • Assess risk levels and analyze content

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated summaries and extracted information may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify all important information independently. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, phishing emails, or malicious content
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLYRELAY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from email delivery failures or delays
  • Damages resulting from Service interruptions or unavailability
  • Damages resulting from AI-generated content or errors
  • Any other damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accurate or reliable email delivery

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be available, secure, or error-free.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ApplyRelay and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
  • Non-payment of fees (if applicable)
  • Any other reason we deem necessary

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the Service.
